I made this card at the same time as I was making this wedding anniversary gift. I had some spare heart shapes left over, so decided to use them to make this lovely card. The heart shapes were made using a heart-shaped craft punch, and the letters used are from Hobbycraft. I used these tiny self-adhesive gold gems just to give it the final sparkly touch.
To draw the black line I just used a Sharpie pen, then stuck on the hearts and gems. This really is very simple to make, but looks so pretty. The personalisation with the letters makes it extra special.
